Despatch

We aim to process and despatch orders (received by 12 midday) within the next 1 – 2 Working Days. Despatch time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 12 midday. As soon as your order is despatched, you’ll receive a despatch confirmation email that provides full tracking details.

No items are despatched during weekends and bank holidays. If you order on Friday after 12 midday or during weekends/bank holidays, your order will be processed on the following Monday/Working Day for despatch on Tues or Wed/within the next two Working Days. 

Delivery

We offer the following UK delivery options:

  • Standard Delivery – estimated delivery time 2 – 4 Working Days After Despatch
  • Fast Delivery – estimated delivery time 1 – 2 Working Days After Despatch

Deliveries outside mainland UK will take longer, depending upon the destination. Delivery times are subject to destinations, product availability, receipt of payments, weather conditions and busy festive seasons. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer shipping to Northern Ireland and outside the UK due to cosmetic regulations.

Shipping options & costs will be displayed during checkout after a delivery address is provided.

Returns & refunds

We hope you enjoy our products. However, in an unlikely event where you would like to return the products, you may return the goods for a refund or a credit note within 30 days of receipt of the goods. We will issue a refund for the purchase price of the goods (not including postage). Please note buyer is responsible for return postage costs and any loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition.


A refund will be processed around 10 working days of receipt of the returned item and will be made to your original payment method (credit/debit card). The refund may take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card account.  
 

All returned goods must be in their original, unused, undamaged condition with all tags, labels and packaging intact. A sales receipt is also required as proof of purchase. We inspect all returned goods and try hard to accept returns. If an item returned to us is in an unsuitable condition, we may reject the return and send it back to you. To avoid lost or damage in transit, we recommend you to take extra care with packaging and return the goods by a secure, tracked postal service. 
 

In case of an unlikely event of a faulty item, we will give you a full refund for the price you purchased the goods at, excluding the postage.
